Terrible communication. They don't care about customers.
These guys get absolutely no support. They do an awesome job in an extremely difficult environment. Their work and their hours will absolutely crush any of our abilities. Thank you for doing an awesome job and really going the extra mile to make sure our recycling needs are met. Way to go!! Your actions in Goose Preserve were above and beyond this morning.

My condo association didn't clean the snow from the dumpster area. What normally takes 2 minutes took about 15 minutes today. Thank you truck#500 for not giving up.
Hello Ed, thank you for the review. Waiting times on the phone have been long, but our customer service team is working feverlishly through outages due to sickness and vacation time. Unfortunately our HOA uses this company, but I plan to ensure that is changed. Do not honor their service commitments. Impossible to get a hold of their customer service team when you call. Avoid at all costs.
