I think the idea behind the program is great; however I think it would be more successful if veronica was not apart of it. She lacks respect for the parents and bosses the parents around like puppies. She definitely has underdeveloped communication skills which is a total shock from what she pretends to teach or enforce. She is very ignorant when it comes to understanding the complete picture of the emotional wounds that most of the girls have and carry. Hopefully there is a real psychotherapist on staff to offer real advice since veronica is only interested in fake smiles and putting on a good show. I think she lacks training and this program would have collapsed long ago if it were not for the other real good hearted adults and mature individuals working around this narcissistic control nut. It definitely has been a learning experience. Hopefully the girls in the program will continue to grow and flourish in a positive way and continue to rise to the top. I would most definitely not recommend this program solely on the basis of fake and crazy veronica. Its the other people and girls who actually make this a great program. I wish veronica would just remain hidden somewhere behind the scenes until she is educated on how to communicate effectively like an adult. Prayerfully this doesn't taint any of the girls and each girl will continue to climb to their highest level of achievements.

Just a great place and environment that is extremely encouraging and uplifting to young girls .There are also many activities you may do and it will keep your child on the road to success.

Mentoring program for girls. Veronica is awesome! These girls get to experience so much as teens, helping the homeless, college tours, business and life planning skills . My daughter completed a semester with the group & it was such a great experience, she really enjoyed being there, meeting new friends & learning life lessons. I am still trying to find the time to go back! I would recommend for ALL girls. Black owned & operated.
