The worse shop ever. Super slow barbers! I understand that sometimes you have appointments ahead of you but but when someone comes in you at least say hey look Mr there are three people ahead of you! I've never seen any shop like this it's just bad all the way!

Walk-In are not welcomed because I called twice to find out if they cut beards and their prices because it wasnt listed on the website but at neither time was I told I needed an appointment. I drive all the way over there just to be given a card and told that I had to make an appointment by selecting any slots on line . I just felt it was poor business practice with zero professionalism. I want them to know that not all black folk want to be treated hood . I find 3 Cs ..Communication , Customer service , Customer care is key in running a successful business because not everybody were born in Baltimore City and by the way not a soul was in there @ 12:50pm . Ive been real disappointed in black owned businesses in this city
