This company has a tendency of not being responsible or reliable with tenants( dishonest .) Tends to always go the fastest and easy's way out of a problem . Dose not care of the safety and well being of there tenants . Disappointed at the fact that they bribe tenants . Therefore MY Management CO should be put on the light for there mistakes in not being able to ACCOMMODATE TENANTS OR FIX APARTMENTS THE RIGHT WAY ........... DATE 12/17/18 MOLD CHECK AND LED CHECK STILL PENDING.

They are still horrible and if anything more horrible than before Ive had rats in my walls for about a year now, no insulation in my walls, and the daintiest most worthless windows you can find. My girlfriend who has epilepsy is having constant seizures cuz of how loud it is in our unit. I've been told over and over again that they're going to fix it and it still hasn't happened and now it's at the point where I realized I have to get a lawyer. #slumlord no wonder there's so many lawsuits against his company, and if you call the city they'll tell you plenty of other people have been reporting My Management as well. Just call the city or a lawyer because if you complain to the owners they'll say you're trying to extort them for cheaper rent although you're just complaining and pointing out to them that your apartment is not up to code. Steve and Joe act like their only job is collecting rent, absolute worst property management company you could ever deal with not one person who works with them is professional.

UPDATE: Im trying to take this down as David and Joe ARE NOT WITH MMC anymore. Steve Fleischmann and I have had a lovely correspondence and MMC is his company now. I wish him and his tenants all happiness and peace from here on out. May your management be a blessing to the tenants of this city who are so in need of compassionate management and provide peace to owners concerned that they cannot make any profit by providing and stable, healthy housing for the tenants at a fair price. I believe in my heart that it can be done and that Steve will do it.
