The technician was not familiar with the Lennox brand furnace and I was not certain he did a 10 point tune up as stated. I would have liked to cancel and schedule a technician that was well versed with the Lennox brand, however he was already there and I did not want to pay for travel time. He was very good with the air conditioner and checked the system and taught me more about the thermostat that was in the house I just moved into. We king of figured it out together, but he did take time with me so I became more familiar with using the thermostat.

This company is awesome! Professional, good quality service.! I have call Northern Heating over the past 15 years at least four times and every time they have showed up soon after my call, and got my Furnace up and running. My service guy was Josh, I give him A+ Thank You

They just installed a new AC unit and thermostat for us and were incredibly professional and timely. They even came back out to replace a coil to make sure we had the best warranty possible on our unit. Great company and excited to be comfortable this summer!
