I left this surgery a while ago as I found them very unhelpful and borderline incompetent. The doctor would talk over me and not let me finish what I was trying to explain. I was misdiagnosed here and suffered in pain for alot longer due to this. When I joined my new surgery I was diagnosed correctly straight away and after some treatment finally had an operation to sort me out. I leave this review now as I have a family member experiencing similar issues so this behaviour is clearly still happening. I hope people read these reviews and take them seriously. Lives at stake.

I have never had a poor experience here. The doctors and staff are always patience and accomodating.

The GPs and staff at the surgery are great. Sometimes hard to get an appointment, but let's face it, it's the same everywhere. I honestly can't fault them

I went in to register myself, my partner and my 16 year old, the intercom was barely audible (I am deaf and my hearing aid is broken) the receptionist after 3 requests for two adults and one sixteen year old, we were given BABY registration forms, and the receptionists were extremely rude and outspoken saying "Wow" directed to me ! My daughter has severe M E and I needed to get registered, glad I went to Hampton Medical Centre, the staff there are a delight compared to dealing with those two on the desk, NEVER will I register with you, even if I have to change surgeries, that will stick in my mind for a very, VERY long time
