Don't ever make any shipment request from them. Thoroughly un professional people who don't know as to what they do. Once your shipment get's stuck up because of any courier services they have no clue how to track the package secondly all they tell you is to be patient. More than a month has passed and am yet to receive my package from USA neither can they track my package nor can they give me the refund for the complete amount that i have spend. I recommend people not to take their services.

Very trustworthy and reliable service. Sent the product from US to India. When product was found a little bit damaged, then refunded the whole amount.

After paying $1.99 for premium membership (to qualify for the 30days free storage), ShopUSA threw away my parcel on the excuse that the parcel is more than 6 months old!!! It does not even state on their website on the disposal policy! And they deducted free $1.99 every month for nothing! First time and will be the last time using their service! Dont even answer emails and do not call back despite assurances they will call! Not only this, days after I screenshot policy section on their website (which does not state the disposal policy at all at the point of screenshot), ShopUSA went and update their website with their disposal policy! Very dishonest and a total scam, big time!
