See a vehicle online I like. I call the number listed on the website. Noone answers and a fax machine picks up. So I fax them. Crickets. Send them email. Nothing. Beginning to think this isnt a real business.

June 2018: Bought a VW from them. Smooth transaction, dealt with Mo, he was professional and did not play any games or yank my chain. 5/5 on that front. Car AC went out the next day, but they told me they will fix it and they have had the car for a couple days now, so the car itself and inventory being sale ready gets 2/5 for now. Will update later when I actually get my car back from them. 3 Days later: Hey C is fixed and blowing cold and they went above and beyond the call of duty to do so, overall a great experience. Not their fault that the car AC went out but they made it right - to me that counts for more than a transaction where nothing goes wrong.
