I received and activated my Hyundai MPG class action settlement debit card 3 days ago. Now the card is being declined and calls to JNR are disconnected as soon as you "press 0 to speak to an agent". This place smells like a scam. Wow. It only took a year for them to respond to my initial review. After further investigation I discovered that these debit cards are intentionally made to be hard to redeem. They expire after a year, have single day spending limits, cannot be used for gift cards and if you go over the limit (with the intent on using another form of payment to make up the difference) they will simply be declined.

I've been trying to get in contact with my case manager or supervisor for 2 months regarding a Hyundai reimbursement. both through phone calls and emails and have had no response. And any employee who answers refuses to transfer me to someone who can help. I've been told it would be 1-2 weeks before they had a decision for over 6 months now but no information. Very unprofessional
I have had the pleasure of working with JNR Incorporated for over 20 years and have witnessed first hand their commitment to superior client service. Also worthy of mention is the true team / family atmosphere they have created with their employees. Many of the same employees I met 20 years ago are still with the company!
