Bought my 2nd car from this garage and I wont be buying another. They are unorganised, customer services is poor and Ive had issues with both cars and they were both brand new! Id advise people to buy their car somewhere else.

Avoid this dealership! Had my car in and asked them to check the tracking. Now my car pulls to the left, the steering wheel rattles and has excess play Really disappointed

I have to say my experience of buying a car through Sandals BMW was just first class. From the moment I was contacted by Ikhlas Imtiaz, the process was smooth sailing. Ikhlas kept me updated at all times giving great confidence that the car I had chosen would be ready in time. Excellent service, excellent dealer, and I highly recommend them. I wanted to look at a new 1 Series, but when I said that it was a company car I was sent to the waiting area for 45mins whilst a salesman dealt with a test drive, the test drive was completed and the salesman disappeared. There were several others walking around but they were not bothered at all. I understand they wont get a sale but for 10 mins spent with me they would have got 4 years of servicing and aftercare from a company that wont scrimp on pricing. Its put me off BMW.
