This builder is a nightmare for the adjacent property owners when building a new home. They work and make noise outside the allowed working hours on a regular basis. They leave trash that draws a large group of crows that are aggressive and have moved into my yard and under my porch. They fail to maintain the site so their invasive weeds spread to adjacent yards.
