Walked inside store with $1500 in my pocket, walked around store and found good stuff at good prices but in the 12 or so minutes I was in there not even a welcome or a may I help you find something. I might try some other day but my first impression was not the best one.
Brandon and his dad TJ were very attentive to making recommendations and making sense of why they suggested the equipment that I needed. I really appreciate a knowledgeable staff and hands on help! Would highly recommend them for someone looking for a fair deal and for folks wanting someone to tell them the truth. Will definitely be back as they have earned my future business for sure!
I used to buy all my snorkle gear from them but not anymore. My brother comes to visit a couple times a year. He came in July last year and a part on his dive gear was leaking. So I took his gear here to have them fix it prior to him coming. It took them a month. He took his gear out twice and it was still leaking. He had to take it back with him to Texas to have someone else fix it. Then I bought a completely new oceanic snorkle set end of October. I used it twice and the rubber on the snorkle broke off. I took it back and they said I didn't buy it from them because I didn't have my receipt. I will buy elsewhere.
