Megan, Were so sorry we didnt hit the 5 star mark. Just so you know for the future, we offer cake tasting boxes one weekend per month so you can try a variety of cake and icing flavor options.

No option to try different flavors for custom cake order. Overall just okay considering it was $80+. Go to Costco and get more cake for better price.

Let me start off by saying, I love Dolce Bakery. Even so much so, they did my tiered wedding cake back in 2019. My family and I have supported them through numerous birthdays, celebrations, etc. My moms recent experience with them was very disappointing. When inquiring about a birthday cake for myself, after calling all day with no answer, she left two messages and did not get a call back. Days later, she called again and an employee finally picked up. The employee was cold, unapologetic, and did not care at all that we had been trying but with failed attempts to get the cake ordered. Why didnt we order online? There is no comment box to customize/make a comment about order, no matter how slight. We ended up ordering the cake. When picking it up, we confirmed with the employee at the store that the slight change was made. They replied Im not sure. Youll have to check when you get home. No reassurance that what we ordered was correct. Its as if we are one of 100s of orders that they have and are too busy to take time to treat a loyal customer well with basic customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

We LOVED Dolce for our wedding day! Cake wasnt our jam. We wanted a variety of bite-sized desserts for our guests (and us!) to enjoy Dolce was very helpful in selecting popular items and incorporating must-have desserts from our list. They also helped ensure we had the right quantity for our guest count. I wouldnt have changed a thing! Prior to booking, we picked up a tasting box dont skip that step

Dolce did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake!! We only wanted a small cutting cake for our table as we were having donuts for the rest of the guests, and Dolce was so accommodating! They made a custom cake flavor (lemon) to go with their FANTASTIC raspberry frosting/filling, and when they delivered and set up it was more beautiful than Id even initially pictured! We were taking photos when they arrived, but our people setting up said the woman that delivered was so nice and easy to work with. She did beautiful job setting up!, and it was DELICIOUS!
