looks like a great product but customer support poor. If you want to be able to talk to someone on the phone then probably not the right company. i tried calling all the sales and customer support numbers at 1-2pm Seattle time and no number was answered.

Fantastic place to work and a great product that touches many lives across the world. As far as *working* here goes, it's hard to beat. The company just rolled out an unbelievable parental leave program. I have time to read every day for free because of the commuter benefits. If you get in, you'll have no shortage of great lunch spots.
