I'm glad I could hand deliver your certificate as I promised you that I would once we received them. I would like to send my apologies for the delay that this has caused not only to our school but to our students. I understand the frustration for our students and their parents. It has been equally frustrating for us. Many people have asked us to come to Visalia and we thought transferring to a new location would be a smooth process and keep everything on track for everyone involved. When you are dealing with multiple agencies that you need to go through to finalize everything for your new location you are at the mercy of the agencies and those who work for them. It all started with the insurance company that we have used in the past sending the wrong form and when they managed to send the right form it was illegible. When that occurred, it caused our packet for the location to be denied. This happened during the holidays when people were on vacation so we had to wait for them to return so we could complete what needed to be done. We started to run into one problem after another which caused further and further delays. When we went for our business license for our new location, we were told that the address we were submitting didn't exist in their system which puzzled us because we moved our stuff to that office. We found out that the city planner, the fire department, and the building owner had to get together and re-number the whole building which not only affected us but all the businesses in the building. We could not move forward until those changes were made and they weren't making any changes until after February. Once we received our new address, we had to make calls to places like our insurance, the surety bond, and other agencies we have to go through and have them change the addresses on all our paperwork so everything matched all at an additional cost. All the changes we had to make took much time and much money on our end. In the meantime of being on phone call meetings and in person meetings to push things through and get things finalized, we were receiving phone calls from clients who were wanted updates on the status of the situation. I am the owner and became very busy and unavailable to be in the office or return calls to clients as I would have liked to do. My office manager is the only person in the office and she had repeated the information we had when it became available to us. Because she was the only person to answer the phone and she still had to make calls to agencies to get things finalized and still answer the phone for multiple businesses, not all calls were returned in a timely matter. We did make arrangements for some of our students where their permit was expiring. This situation was not planned or meant to upset anyone in any way. We were simply trying to follow the steps necessary so we could be approved for a new location. We never meant to inconvenience anyone involved. We now have everything approved and are able to operate in a normal fashion. We take pride in helping others learn to drive and we strive to work with all our students and their parents. In all the years we have been in business, we have never run into a problem of this magnitude. We want to sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this has caused anyone.

Horrible experience with this driving school. But like they say you get what you pay for. Daughter finished class and to date haven't received certificate. Call and get the runaround about why haven't received it. So if they can't get certificates then they should stop classes. Dnt recommend this school period. Pay the extra money.

My son finished in November and still cannot get a certificate. I call constantly and have only had 2 calls ever returned. I have now asked for a refund and was told they would call me back.

I recently passed my driving test. The CSS knows their work and been doing for over 35 years experience. They'll teach you everything little by little. The price is decent and they're nice people.

I had such an amazing experience with CSS driving school! The owner Steve was great at keeping me calm and helping me get over my fear of driving on the freeway. He talked and acted so calmly which made me feel comfortable in situations i was nervous about. I passed my driving test the very 1st time I took it! I couldn't have been able to pass the test on my first try, if it hadnt been for Steve. Im so thankful and grateful to CSS for all their support, help, and knowledge to make me a safe and confident driver. Thanks a million CSS!!!!! You guys rock!
Unfortunately the material we have to cover is DMV material and there was a lot we had to cover. We did go through the DMV handbook front to back and we gave you handout materials and practice tests to prepare you for your written test at DMV. We now offer online drivers ed so classes can be completed at your own pace and on your own time. Our website for drivers ed is www.cssdrivingschool.com.

Honestly, its pretty informative but really boring. Wouldn't recommend it. More than half of the class fell asleep two hours into the lecture.
