Do not apply !!!! Every review on here is honest true they dont reply and answer calls they have a set up voice mail from January that says that they are reviewing application they will get back to you either really late that day or the next day we are in FEBRUARY already how profesional is that !!! Am call my bank and ask to cancel the payment I made to them. Do not apply !!!!

Was the first to apply for a house. Met all qualifications. We were told we could go look at the house one Saturday and then the day before they texted saying the current tenants canceled. No big deal. Well two weeks later I reach out to them again after hearing nothing and they set up another appointment to view the house. The day before that appointment they send a text saying the owners chose someone else. This was very unprofessional. Maybe Im just being naive, but I was under the impression that we were going to be chosen for the house only to be dropped for a better candidate. They are also very hard to get ahold of by phone and take very long to respond.

This company doesnt even deserve a single start. is rude bad I dont recommend this place to look for a home attached is an image of their reply to me. Dont waist your time in this move with other company. They have no idea that the success is on reference treating people with respect because people bring more people hope they keep this in mind.

Whoever says these rental companies don't benefit on application fees is full of it. My experience with these people is a prime example. We paid 70$ in application fees, they ran my husbands credit and nothing showed up. Not even 24 hrs after we applied, we were rejected for the house we applied for. Because he had no credit established. No mentions of a cosigner, or other proof to consider us. We had no chance based on credit. Which is unfair for the younger generations who don't have credit established yet. I offered proof of consistent rent payments for the past 3 years, not good enough. Offered to get a cosigner, and were told they'd review our applications again. Which they never did. So I went online and checked for inquiries for the credit check, they never checked MY credit. I was able to recover one application fee from them, but they're not fair with application screening. Not willing to work with you. Don't recommend anyone applies through this company. Complete waste of time.

This place is very unprofessional. I get a text from telling me to stop spamming or they will report me. I reply letting them know all I am doing is showing interest in properties. I will not ever do business with this company and I would think twice if you are thinking about it.
