We cleaned your filter 7 months ago and you was happy. Now you leave a review because we will not reclean your DPF free of charge after your cambelt snapped and having the engine rebuilt. We offered a discount rate but you declined it. Thank you for the review.

No help whatsoever.... On top of this I received a, reply to my original review stating a fact that my cambelt was replaced within the 7 month timescale from the original clean. However, I was NOT offered a discounted rate at all but accused of "blaming everyone" and "it'll be another 220 +VAT" after being advised by the dealership following a diagnostic test that I should revisit DPF Hull and see what they could do... Please refer to original review.. Thanks for the reply but tell the truth and change your poor customer service attitude. Thanks.
