Never in my life have I rented from a more unprofessional company. I'm going on 3 weeks now with a maintenance issue of which they have turned and are now blaming me for calling too much because the owner won't respond and it's not their fault. I just don't understand how a company can be so unprofessional. We have been overcharged on multiple occasions and just now received a bill in the mail for $130 from January that they can't explain. But you better believe they still want their money. I will never rent from this company again and as difficult as my move was, I'm contemplating doing it all over in a couple of months just so I can get away from this company. I have literally never dealt with the same person twice. You call the office and talk to one person who transfers you to someone else who transfers you to the person you actually need. It's ridiculous, our lease manager is different from our home manager who is different from our maintenance person who is different from who we pay rent too. It's ridiculous how many people it takes to run this company as poorly as they do. As others have stated on here, do not rent from this company, you will regret it.
**renters beware Previous renter here, this place is a shady rental property company. They kept most of my deposit and after reviewing my move out list, it does not make sense. We never painted the m-bath, they charged me for having paint on the medicine cabinet. I took off all electric covers before painting, they are charging me to replace some of them because they had paint on them. They left us without a washing machine for 3 months because "it is not a priority" according to renters law. Can't find the videos from when we first moved in that shows half this stuff was already there, but if I did I would take them to court. Yes, the respond immediately but they charge you for every little thing....garbage company.
Signing my new lease went so smoothly! Melissa was so helpful and the process went really well despite all of the COVID restrictions. Im very happy with the service USA Property Management gives. Would recommend.

Out of desperation my wife and I applied for a house rental with this company, they were rude and unprofessional to my wife on the phone. We didn't get the house (a blessing in disguise) but when I called to see how to get my refund of $100 (not the $55) application fee, the lady was immediately rude and confrontational, when I came to the office to pick up my money order she was cold and unfriendly. Lesson learned, don't make desperate choices. We found a much better, more professional company and I feel like we avoided a really bad headache with USA real estate
