Even though this issue has been addressed with you over the telephone, allow me to once again express myself to you about this situation and clarify once again. Firstly please allow me, as one of the directors of the company, that we are sincerely sorry and very sympathetic towards you and have apologised many times. We understand this is an amazing journey and this is the very reason we take thousands of people on a yearly basis. Please let me remind you, we have given you a FULL refund and not charged you for visas or any other paper work at all. Can I further clarify, once again, until the last day we were trying to get you tickets for the dates that suited you. My colleague was trying his very best however sadly your visas arrived but we could not get the tickets for the dates that you requested nevertheless, we did offer you ALTERNATIVE dates which did not work for you and you refused. We then decided that we would not charge you for anything I.e visas and refund you the full amount which has now been done. We would like to thank you for your dua of guiding us. Every single human being in the world is always in need of guidance inshallah. Can I further remind you that we have MashaAllah 100% positive feedback and are always recommended for our honesty and integrity. We are always very open with our customers and love journeys we take with them. Me dear brother, can I please make a humble request that you restrain different family members writing the same complaints on varies social media sites of ours as our response will be exactly the same. We have and we are once again openly apologising to you as you felt let down and may Allah put it in your heart to forgive us and give us the tawfique to fulfil the rights and needs of every pilgrim we honour to take on this magnificent journey. Can I further inform you that out of the 80 people we have booked for this months Umrah, sadly your families tickets were the only one that didnt arrive and Subhnallah I can only say it was Qadr Allah and not written for you. Please feel free to contact us if you would like any further clarification. May Allah reward you for your kindness and patience. Please can I remind you that tarnishing someones honour, someones good intentions is also against Islam. Once again we apologise for the sadness we have caused you

If i could i would rate this agency a 0 . A complete SCAM. They sold me false tickets after a lot of reassurance that my first trip to visit the beloved house of Allah (SWT) with my family would be an amazing and unforgettable experience that i had imagined.Well unfortunately i can reassure you that this company has devastated me and my family in the worst ways possible by delaying my tickets and giving us false hope that everything will be okay . .

Absolutely fuming with this company. A TOTAL SCAM !!! Told me to collect my tickets but carried on delaying the process of me collecting them. They rang me up and told me I had to reschedule for another day and one day later sold me FALSE TICKETS.

I would give this company a zero if the options allowed. A living proof that charlatans are real! A true con-man in Sher Zaman, promising and delivering nothing! A once in a lifetime trip was runined when our booked tickets no longer existed
