I could not complete my appointment because of Covid risk. Half of the people in the office were unmasked. This included a receptionist who I had to check in with where 6 foot seperation was difficult and there was no barrier. As a high risk citizen the risk at Sunset Eye Clinic is to great. The GM was disrespectful.

Have gone to Sunset Eye Clinic for 3 years now. The staff is pretty good, but they tend to be incomplete with the prescription (ask for your pupil distance else they won't measure it). Their prices on the lenses and frames are thanmuch higher normal. I have purchase my frames and lenses from either another local company at around 25% better or online with a price tag of better than half of their quote. While I prefer to try on before I buy, I measured my current glasses and online companies allow you to narrow your search with those measurements in mind.

My daughter is customer there for several years, but recently they seem to lose their spirit when they first opened and seeems to be busy. When I called for prescription, sounds like they can send immediately, but they didnt. when I called again they said they are super busy and recommend picking it up at the office. I just use this clinic due to the convenience not the excellent service, but I am losing the motivation. I think it is time to switch the clinic. Also they are charging more for conact lense fitting comoared to my daughters and my clinic.
