Hello Amanda, I want to apologize you had transmission issues with your vehicle. It looks like you purchased a 2016 Kia Sedona with 98K miles. I wish you would of reached out to me so I could of provided some guidance or assistance of of the issues. However I'm glad you purchased an extended service contract to assist in repairs such as this one. We service and inspect every vehicle that runs through our lot, but unfortunately mechanical issues can occur. Giving a one star due to the poor quality of vehicle. Thought I had found a good deal when all I bought was junk. Transmission went out after couple months. Sales person was nice. Good thing I bought warranty.

This has been the absolute best car buying experience my fiancé and I have ever experienced! After getting the run around with large corporate dealerships, days of wasted time we decided to go local. If I could give ten stars I would. I recently purchased a 2017 Elantra. I visited several other dealers and they were all the same - only interested in how I was paying and what my budget was. Kyle, at Gahanna auto sales, was only interested in answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable. You will find cheaper used cars elsewhere but they will not be of the same quality and likely they will have been in an accident or have some type of past damage. At Gahanna auto sales they only have the best used cars around and they are clean as can be. They get all their cars detailed and serviced before put on the lot. This cannot be said for any of the other places I went. This is a great family owned business that deserves your business. I strongly recommend Gahanna auto sales. They are honest, caring, and true to their word.
