We had a toilet leak in the middle of the night that completely flooded our house! Restoration 1 was there early in the morning to immediately to start working. We were new parents with a two month old dealing with all of this, Shannon Plum worked closely with us throughout the entire process making sure we were happy customers. We of course had questions and were so uneducated on how to go about things and they really stepped in and helped us! I would definitely recommend! They go over the top for any of your needs!

I moved into my new house a few months ago and have had no issues up until recently when a pipe blew in my wall and ruined everything! I called Restoration and talked to Matthew Plum (very polite and professional) and he came out the next morning to help fix the problem. He was on time and worked hard. He fixed the pipe, tore up all the wet sheet rock, the baseboards, and flooring. He dried the rest of the wet building material down to the correct level. He then had another gentlemen from his company come out the next day to start the drying process. The machines were running to dry the building material and Matthew came and followed up to make sure the drying process was going correctly and to check the level or moister as things dried. I would highly recommend Restoration and speaking to Matthew Plum. Hes a very hard worker, polite, and very professional. The company and Matthew are very responsive when you need a situation handled.
