A very run down RV court, not well kept at all and dirty run down laundry room & shower room, and they charge .20 cents a kw hour for electrical hook up. Pretty sad place to live....

Management was very polite. Place clearly has fulltimers there. Bathrooms weren't maintained so chose bot to use. Spaces were pretty decent and not close together.
