This place is the worst, most unprofessional cleaning service. I brought a suit to be cleaned and I asked how much it wud cost to get my 20+ yr old prom dress cleaned. When he told me $20 I said I didnt want to pay that much if he wasnt sure if he could get the spots out. He said if I cant get it out then I wont dry clean it and I wont charge you. I said ok. When I picked it up the spot was still there. It was lighter but still there and he had dry cleaned it. I reminded him of our agreement and he said, "its better, isnt it?" Im not paying for better. He said ok, then you want me to get rid of the dress for you? I was so mad, I said some choice words and then walked out. So the jerk still has my high school prom dress. What an idiot! Ill never go back there. I hope the $20 was worth losing a customer to him.

Hit or miss with this place, as long as it is normal dry cleaning it is very good. BUT.. My wife took over a $400 dollar fawn leather coat to have it waterproofed to resist stains, it came back a completely different color which was about 6 shades darker and it was super stiff. They did not protect it under the collar or the pocket flaps so it was very noticeable. Went to speak to them about it and he was very rude and kept loudly proclaiming " not my fault". Very poor customer service with disputes.

Had a $500 Suit $150 Tie dropped off for service, I moved out of the area and thought I would have my sister pick it up. She went to pickup but without a ticket she couldn't. I am now 3 months without my most favorite suit and thinking the worst that they sold it. I was wrong. They still had it and they did a great job with all articles of clothing. Excellent service and the lady who I believe is the owner is a very nice person.

As we explained when you picked up your dress after the requested hemming, the initial spotting was present before the dress was dropped off (as was also confirmed by our Alterations partner). Still, we work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied, so we decided to clean the oil spot free of charge. Though we apologize for not meeting your expectations, we do not tolerate the verbal harassment towards our staff nor the physical assault of our business owner. BEWARE. Horrible service. Stains covering dress that werent there before as I brought the dress in brand new. There were NO STAINS when I tried it on at home before taking it to this business. Dress is completely ruined and they refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.
