NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! USE AT OWN RISK!!!! I will give you a 1 or 0 They are good But they refuse to change order if you are not changing on their website. They will ask you to redesign the t-shirts again to change order. If it's 50 designs then you have to cancel order and redesign because you want to change only one tshirt. This is not right! You end up asking them to print whatever you have submitted and ending up having products you don't want. I emailed what I wanted to change from my order Tiana said cancel order and resubmit. Redesigning my 7 t-shirts took me all night as the sight refused to take payment on laptop I ended up redesigning again on the phone. Site refuses payment cards sometimes I had to do it for the second time! If you save your tshirt for records it saves most t-shirts as white even if they are red or black or blue. Pls adjust, Service your website and be more flexible to customer needs. Put the customer first! Never deal with Tiana she is so rude. She will remove your orders, she needed your order. Tiana send this message For the company manager to read! Train your stuff 'Apologies, its an automated system for an order and I understand designing 7 tshirts is not a quick process! I received your email about the red tshirts before this one so had actioned a resolve before this update had come through, please read below. As its only the red tshirts I can cancel these order lines and refund you. Unfortunately, I have also cancelled on black tshirt which will need to be redone also. (apologies this was complete human error on my part!) I will refund your original order for the garments I have removed. These garments include: 1x black medium tshirt- white design- broke for three days and no more 2x red tshirts small black + White design- Im not subject to seasons I have refunded this cost to on your order along with the shipping difference you have paid, this can take a few days to process depending on your banking service.
