I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and lack of empathy staff showed over the phone for my housing situation due to COVID. They lead me along, asking me to complete Application for Rental Assistance, uploaded required documents and then they went GHOST on me!! If youre in an Emergency situation, I would not recommend this Agency. Its very unfortunate because the money that United Way received to help people in need was not utilized properly, if it was WHY WAS THERE SO MUCH MONEY LEFT to use or lose??
