I was there in may 2021. Receptionist made us wait outside due to COVID-19 and served so slow as possible. Also she was speaking with her phone in Spanish. It took us a hour to chin even we had only one person ahead. Rooms are overpriced. It was 400$ for a night. Only thing I liked we lived in a small one room tropical house close to the beach. I think their management doesnt care about guests

Room was mustly/moldy. Had to open windows and turn on fans. Think it was the bathroom that was wet at some point. Location is good, close to paved boardwalk. Rooms are small, but who is staying in the room unless sleeping. Internet was not working. Staff was friendly.

Good location. Terrible customer service though. And probably the only pool in Florida that doesn't get sun anytime of the day lol
