Did a Search for a phone number of Google to fix some google maps issues. The phone number for this company came up and appeared to be google. Talked to them and it was probably my misunderstanding that this wasn't google, their rep used the term like sister company or division of. I called them back and also emailed them with-in 24 hours in an attempt to get my $300.00 refunded. There CS replied to my email saying that I must talk to customerservice that credits, they can't be issued by email. Their email included a phone number and an extension but you can't get anyone on the phone, its a circle of press x and please hold. They call me every month to try to get me to use them and everytime I say I'm waiting for a phone call from someone to credit my card but that goes nowhere. I ask them to put a QC person on the phone, the department they say has to do the refund, but they say they can't do that. So effectivly they have my $300.00 for services I do not want, good or bad, because they are refusing to credit it back. At this point I might have to put a fraud alert on my credit card

They Did nothing for my business waste of money !!!!! They charged me after canceling services and did not refund even after the sent me cancellation emails I had to keep following up for refund, eventually had to contact credit card about the fraudulent charge.dont get suckerd in
