Its interesting how they will reach out to pretty quickly when youre in the process of ordering one but as soon as you need help they wont. I ordered a high output alternator from them, they assured me it would fit QUOTE plug and play but it didnt at all. It was hard enough getting it sent back, had to pay $50 in shipping. Once they got it back they sent out their version of the smaller case, this fit my car. Except when I went to see if I got my refund (150$ price difference) there was no refund offered? WHAT? anyone running a business should care enough about their customers to offer a refund for the price difference. Anyway, after about a week of trying to get them to respond, they did. I got a 50$ refund, not 150$. So now im out ~200$! They build good alternators but their customer service is a joke. I wouldnt recommend Brand X electrical.
Not good had issues with alternator John doesn't respond back to fix the issue so i sent my $500 alt to get repaired by another company bad diodes Thanks for the great customer service
