It is almost 2 years later since I moved out of this apartment complex and I am still in awe of the service and the condition of the apartment that I lived in. This was by far the most pleasant experience that I have ever had living in apartments. Maintenance was prompt in fixing any issues. The apartment was clean and very spacious. I truly enjoyed my time there. I'm back in Indianapolis now and I still tell all my friends how I wish I could have moved that apartment with me when I moved back. If you are looking for a place to stay I have not found any that can compare.

Love Living Here. Ive called this home for 8 1/2 years. Its quiet and the apartments are huge. Such a good value for the price. Pool, walking track, and gym included. Ive also never felt unsafe here. Maintenance is good at getting an issue solved quickly and correctly. Someone did break into the payment slot at the office and we had to replace our rent checks, but the office handled it very quickly and also paid the stop payment fees we incurred. Theyve also updated the payment slot to prevent it from happening again. Great place to live.

The unit was great, price was great, neighbors were great. You could barely see the numbers on the parking spots.. Especially when visitors come looking for a spot at night. Maintenance is great and did their job... Really great. Office staff was respectful and did their job. When i was there their rent payment box got broken into and we lost our rent payment..

I lived in these apartments for five years, and I do not think I will ever be able to find a place as good as this again. I only left because i moved out of state. The walking trail, gym, and both pools were kept very clean, and i appreciated the privacy fence around the pool area. If there was ever a problem in the apartment, No matter how small, the maintenance team was there within a few hours to have it fixed. Everything in the apartment worked great and they are very well insulated. Even though we lived on the bottom floor surrounded on all but one side by neighbors we rarely heard any of them. We did our best to clean up the apartment upon move out, and even though we had service animals, they still gave us our entire deposit back. If I am ever in Hattiesburg again, I will be calling them first.
