As small business owner who has a part-time receptionist that maintains the cleanliness of our shop, we keep our shop clean. I believe you were in the last thing on Friday the day spring break started. My receptionist was sick that day and if people are sick I don't want them to come to work. A lot of her job is cleaning on busy days. Next as far as your beard trim we can not be all things to all people. We do not do straight razor shaves on the face or neck, we only use trimmers or electric razors. If someone is trying to get the hair on the neck very close the electric clippers can cause irritation. I wish you would have contacted us so we could have had a chance to make this situation better.Their is a place close to us where they use a razor for the neck but they charge $25 for this service not $5 like we do, but I think you will be happier there. Came in for a beard trimming. At home, I realized the number of hair were still on my neck and my skin got hurt in some areas. Overall cleanliness is not really impressive. I wont come back.
