Hello Mary, We really appreciated your call asking us for a quote this morning, and I think there must be a mistake, did you mean to leave us a 5 star review? When we spoke on the phone you were so nice and we thought you sounded appreciative that we were honest when we explained that unfortunately your carpet was not a good candidate for repairs, that we couldnt help your torn carpet and we would instead recommend replacing it. As we did not do any work on your home we would appreciate you removing the 1 star review. We always endeavor to look at what will be in our customers best interests, we would never want to perform extensive repairs when you might end up having to replace the carpet even afterwards and basically pay twice. If you could switch the review to a positive one we would be extremely grateful, we hope you have a nice day Adam & Samantha
