They supposedly 'guarantee' their cleaning, but when we needed to get in touch with them regarding this they said the phone company didn't deliver the messages. Poor customer service. Their guarantee is BS. Will not use these guys again and neither will any of our neighbors. also this is not the reason for the 1 star review but they ran out of water and asked to fill their huge tank with our hose, which I admit is not really worth a 1 star review, but I didn't think it was very professional, especially when City of Bend's water bills are based off winter consumption for 12 month sewer rates.

They quoted me a price of $180 for my 3 bedroom home with stair. I told them that the guy I usually use charges $120 but wasn't able to do it right away. He told me they would match that price! I was very happy and excited. My plan was to have my mom there while I was at work, so she could let them in and give them money. When they arrive over an hour late, My mother Texts me and tells me that it will no longer be the $120 they promised me, ITS NOW $220! to make a long story short, he and I went at it over the phone. He took advantage of the "Quoting process" and waited to up the price when he got there. He had every excuse in the book and refused to Honor his price. Eco Carpet Cleaning didn't earn a customer today, because they were greedy! They will never earn my business and I will make sure that anyone I know knows never to use them. Customer Service People! Horrible experience. Greedy people.

They advertise a 100% money back guarantee, When I requested a refund because I felt the service they provided was insufficient, they refused . I will not recommend them to others.
