really very bad. poors designed software that is ultiamtely always controlled by them via the internet! so if your internet crashes so will the software and periodically it will ask for an authorisation code. why? if the software is yours and fully paid why the interruption in use.

Contractual agreements are there to protect us and our clients and they very clearly set out the terms of engagement for both parties. The length of this contract would have been no surprise to you or any of our other clients who read their contracts prior to signing them. I've been a user for approx 5yrs. I've spoken to shortcuts about how old fashioned their booking system is & how long winded it takes to book an online booking. I've now discovered Schedulista my clients are amazed how quick & easy it is to book online. Shortcuts system is no use to a small business & for what they offer way way too expensive. Please be very careful shortcuts locks you in a long term contract. I'm currently locked in a contract & am getting legal advice regarding ending this contract. Please check out Schedulista cost me 12.50p a month . Shortcuts cost me 82.80p. Save your money.
