No home has taken a year to build, seems like a fake review. We also do a 1 year walkthrough during warranty with all of our clients to ensure their home is still to NAHB performance standards and there aren't any needs. Never go to YOUR HOMES. My house was supposed to be finished in 6 months and it took over a year and they still havent finished things around the house.

We have now lived in our Your Homes home for a year. We could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Tim, John, and the rest of the team. From the recommended architect Tim worked with, and met together with through the structural design, to the expert designer who worked for Tim and helped us make all of our selections...they were fantastic! As we see the building process going on all around us, and share in the experience of others we know who are building, we are so thankful for attention to detail that went into the building of our home. From the very beginning when we were given a daily schedule of what we could expect to be seeing, to a year after move-in when theywill be coming back to fulfill the one-year warranty to take care of any details we have found That need to be corrected after a full year in our home. I even punched a a small hole in a wall due to my carelessness, and John simply said, Dont worry about it, well touch it up when we come back. Tim Schollaart, John Wynegar, and the rest of the crew are top notch! The skills and craftsmanship of every member of his team were everything we expected, and more! Thank you!

I could not be happier with the quality of our condo. As a new build, we have faced many challenges due to the pendemic and shortages in material. However, everyone including our PM John has been really involved in making sure we are notified and up to date on the progress. Very professional and was onsite when necessary. Tim who is the builder does care about his clients and makes sure they are satisfied. All the subcontractors do quality work. There were fixes that needed to be done post build and they were on top of things, everything went smoothly and we are very excited to live in our community. I would definitely recommend Your Homes to our friends and family. We also allowed people to walk through our condo to get a perspective on quality, layout and higher end finishes.

Really can't say enough good things about Tim Schollaart and his team. Tim built our home in River Bluffs 5 years ago and did an outstanding job. His talent, flexibility, support and fine attention to detail resulted in outstanding finished product. We are absolutely in love with our home and would hire Tim again in a heartbeat.
