This company is a huge scam! I bough $70 worth of wine from a National Geographic promotion in MAY... I woke up this morning and they charged me almost $200 for a new promo I didnt request or approve. HORRIBLE business, trying to get my money back...

Initially I enjoyed this wine club but they charged my credit card twice and did not ship the wine , I received one refund almost immediately but the second one is taking over a month and a half. They have lied to me about sending me the refund. Do not deal with this company !!!! they lie to you and do not send the wine . I have called 7 times and emailed also . BAD BUSINESS!

I'm among the group of individuals who, thus far, has not had any issues with Laithwaites for the past two years. When I want to postpone a box, it is postponed. And when I receive my boxes, more often than not, we enjoy most of the included wines. I obviously can't speak for everyone having issues, but for us, Laithwaites has provided good service, and good wine.

Best wine from any package I've gotten. Great sampler but after that the essentials package is the only affordable one!
