I called today to help one of my customers and the manger was very rude and had a power attitude. She wouldnt let me talk and explain the situation just kept talking over me when she didnt understand what was going on. When the conversation was finally over she just hung up. I never ordered from this Company before but after today I would not even try to order from here due to the lack of customer service. When you are in sales it doesnt matter how bad of a day or angry you are the customer comes first.
I purchased a gift on the phone, and was fortunate to have Lissette assist me. She is utterly fantastic, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is superb. She went out of her way to find my specific item, making numerous telephone calls to other shops, as well as their warehouse. I am really looking forward to shopping in the store itself, the Columbus Avenue location, on my next purchase, which will be sooner, rather than later. Well done to Schweitzer Linen, for having Lissette as a representative of the company.
Always great customer service & their products are high quality. I love everything Ive gotten from them so far & they last for yearrrs. Definitely worth the investment.
