I wish I read all these comments before opening an account with them. They froze my account for no apparent reason I emailed them multiple time to tell me why, but no answer. Its over two weeks I have not heard from them I know the last things to do is to go to thr office either give me money and never reopen my account Or face legal action

Uploaded my drivers licenses, sent in selfies and linked my bank account and they still cant verify my account. Something very off with this company, or maybe they just dont want to give bitcoin credit since its at a recent low and waiting till it goes up again to magically "verify" my account. Will most likely be moving to Coinbase as this has been over a week and they are still trying to "Verify" my account meanwhile ive already been verified on Coinbase for days now
