I had a very unpleasant experience. He closed the door like I was kicked out before I left, and eventually hit my foot through the door. I couldn't expect kindness and when I expressed displeasure, I forced myself to apologize. I don't want to go to that place again.

Nice stuff but the price point is very very high (think $250 for a button-down shirt). If money isn't an issue for you, then you may like this store.

I have been buying clothes from Kai for 5+ years. He is tasteful, friendly, and a true artist. The quality of his materials cannot be understated - I go back every time I need anything for my wardrobe.

Kai inspires you to do great things dressed like a gentleman in quality attire. I have never had quite as pleasant a shopping experience and found Kai to be an extremely passionate and helpful person. I bought a beautiful parka of him and free of charge he sent me additional material all the way to Holland so I could have my sleeves extended to suit my long Dutch arms. Kai stands for passion, quality and style, highly recommended! I hope he is coming to Holland soon!

Dont bother going into this store if youre a big guy. Im 186cm, thick, and big chested. I care about fashion and really like the style. Would have definitely bought a mandarin collar shirt and a pair of pants. When my wife and I were shopping the store wasnt busy, but I didnt get any service. I picked up one xl shirt and noticed it wouldnt fit. I started to look for other sizes, then the owner came up and said we dont have that in your size. He folded the shirt and walked away. Clearly not interested in helping, even though he had time to rearrange clothing I or my wife touched. I get that a store doesnt have to cater to my size but then come talk to me and explain that in a kind way. I guess theyre only friendly to clients who fit their ideal size.
