Hello Could you share any more details about the vehicle? What brand it is and what year of production? What seal failed? Technicians checked your vehicle completely FREE OF CHARGE. IF YOU HAVE OIL ALL OVER THE TURBO, could be many reasons. External leak, oil supply or return gasket, or internal seal- then you need new turbo. We only advised/suspected that could be the problem with turbocharger, but further checks required to confirm or eliminate or even taken off. The price that you have been given must be the WORST CASE SCENNARIO price for FULL SUPPLY AND FIT FULLY RECONDITIONED TURBOCHARGER! Fitting service includes: - REASON OF FAILURE ELIMINATION GUARANTEE - Fully reconditioned and balanced turbochargers - Feed pipes leakage and flow inspection, intercooler cleaning etc. - Brand new engine oil - New Air Filter & Oil Filter - 24 months warranty for a part and labour In our company, we FULLY rebuilding the turbochargers. We dont do Mickey Mouse jobs (changing just the seals or just bearings etc.) and we are happy to cover unit by 24 months warranty. We cannot compete with aftermarket parts and prices. We understand the frustration, but original PERFORMANCE parts are very expensive. We are really sorry but, in our opinion, we never deserved that 1*. YOU left us 1* because someone done job for you cheaper? Sorry but we cannot compete with aftermarket Chinese parts. We only use original turbo parts to remanufacturing process... Dear Farhan, you visited us on 21/05 for quick FREE INSPECTION when we plugged diagnostics in P00af72 code on , p029900 code on. We only advised that could be the problem with turbocharger or control system, but further checks required to confirm or eliminate or even taken off. We would need more time, what would create labour COSTS. You have been given worst case scenario quote if turbocharger faulty and must be replaced. Then you decided to take the car, you have not been CHARGED. Dear Audience, It looks like this gentlemen ONLY wanted us to check his vehicle FREE of charge then try to repair it himself. He even purchased second hand turbocharger to replace. Unfortunately many people use us this way. We are only garage in TURBO industry who gives you guarantee: NO SOLUTION NO PAY -if we don't solve the problem we do not charge. Dear Audience, please judge yourself, without spending time and taking (sometimes, a lot) parts off we cannot confirm or eliminate turbo failure. We always advise and give options and scenarios. It is always customer decision if wants to repair or not a vehicle. We are her to help. We provide 2 years warranty on parts & labour. NO SOLUTION - NO PAY policy. Free inspection.

Came in on a saturday to get turbo checked as was advised they are excellent. Advised me the Vanes on the turbo were sticky, and wouod need a refurb on turbo at a cost of almost 800, which wouod include a service as they dont just change the turbo on its own. after spending hours on mercedes forums, and using some common sense and science, figured out the problem was due to a broken vacuum pipe . patched the pipe temporarily with hosing, and problem resolved! these guys were adament the turbo was gone. please be carefull and do your research prior to getting your turbo changed! now i am stuck with a used turbo due to these guys, which i need to sell. will definitely not be using or recommending these guys to anyone!!

I've never been to Best Turbos before, and I find it's always a bit daunting taking your vehicle somewhere new. I'm glad to say my apprehension was unwarranted. I dropped my car off with them at 9am for a DPF clean, they ran a diagnostic beforehand to confirm the fault. They took the time to call me to ask of I wanted them to proceed, and I had my car back by 4.30pm on the same day. They offer a 12 month warranty, and even gave me a free gift. I have no concerns about recommending Best Turbos, excellent on all levels.

Good morning Andrea Let me make a few things straight. You brought your vehicle to us first time on 15/07/2022. There was an oil leak, losing power uphill and whining noise. We confirmed DPF blockage and turbocharger fault. You agreed to the price, and we carried out with the repair. The vehicle has been ready for collection on 21/07/2022 and we explained to you that there is an electric fault from the engine oil level sensor (P250A16 code) we highly recommended to sort it out as it can cause damage to the turbocharger or DPF blockage. When you come back to us and blamed us for damages on your screen (it is not constantly, just when you go to specific options the lines appear) we simply proved that none of our mechanics has been connected by Bluetooth with your vehicle. You said maybe not all of the mechanics are at work this day, so we were happy to provide a reprint from our clocking-in machine. The engine light wasnt on the dash at this moment, just the lines on the screen. We have many cars in every day, some of them newer or older, but we dont have to touch the screen when we are replacing the turbocharger or cleaning DPF. You came back to us on 08/09/2022 with suspected DPF blockage. We were happy to check your vehicle straight as we have done a DPF cleaning and turbocharger replacement in the past for you, so existing customers are our priority. We find out the DPF is blocked, however after plugging in the diagnostic machine we get a fault code from the mass air flow sensor (P010122 code). We explained to you because of this fault the DPF got blocked, and it needs to be sorted out ASAP. You said another garage replaced this part for you, so we told you to take the vehicle back to them and explain there is a still fault coming from the air flow meter. Because of this fault, the cleaning DPF again was pointless as it will get blocked again. We offered you DPF cleaning under warranty, without any charges as soon as you sort things out with the P010122 fault. By the way, after 2 months you didnt sort the problem out with the engine oil level sensor as we recommended. We are here to help our current customers as best as we can. If you need any help in the future with your turbocharger or DPF filter you are more than welcome to bring the vehicle to us and our team will defiantly sort the issue. Dont forget you have got 24 months warranty on turbochargers and 12 months warranty on DPF cleaning. This is irrational behaviour. We tried to help you out from the beginning and now you are treating us this way.

Had my turbo changed on my car, with in 30 minutes of collecting my car I had noticed that there was a pixel damage on my screen and the engine management lite was on, took the car back, they said that they did not touch the screen and that my air flow meter needed changing, I had this change and then my dbs filter got blocked up, took it back and had it cleaned. Engine management light still on. I took it to another garage who found that there was a seal missing in a pipe connecting the turbo and the pipe that supplied pressure to the engine was squashed up so wasnt supplying the correct pressure. Replacement of other part that wasnt needed at an additional cost to myself. Dont trust this garage with ur car!!!
