I do not recommend ProVia Fernwood Natural Cut manufactured stone. ITS PURPLE WITH HUGE RED SPRAY CAN BLOBS IN THE CENTER OF SOME! Once the stone came in (early 2021), we were told the color had to cure for atleast 9 months. Its now been a year and a very nice rep looked at the stone. He stated that it is truly the color it is suppose to be. He stated there are companies that can come add stain the the stones we dont like at our cost. Just beware, if you want Fernwood Natural Cut stone, it is PURPLE WITH RED BLOBS OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SPRAY CAN SPRAY WITH SPLATTER MARKS.

Had trouble with entry door trim. Called Provia to find out when replacement trim would be shipped and they hung up on me! Requested shipping department. They hung up. Requested customer service. They hung up. Tried numerous times and call wouldn't even go through! What gives? Spent over $5,000 on the door and they won't speak to me! Tried emailing too. Still waiting. Don't waste your $$$$.
