By recommendation from the towing company my vehicle was towed here on Saturday 6/25 and prior to it being towed I was told I could get an appointment on Monday. I have been trying to reach anybody at the service department since 0830 this morning and when I reached out to the operator and told them I cant reach service, they told me It bees like that sometimes. Finally someone answered the phone and they send me to an agent who has a voicemail message that states they are out of town until the 20th. Today being the 27th I assumed Id be able to speak to them regarding setting up an appointment. This is my first and last time dealing with West Broad.
Worst service experience and no one ever called me to review items that required to be fixed and documented that someone had called me. The attitude of the services reps is TERRIBLE.

Main problem was how long before I could get an appointment. Once there the service was great. State Inspection was done plus problem with check safety notice evaluated and replacement camera ordered and I was informed that this covered under warranty. Also checking mileage device for the VA mileage program installed- all of above with no charge to me. What is not to like about all this.

I needed new headlight bulbs so I went to the parts department to buy some and figured I'd have a long struggle to figure out how to install lights on a newer car. The parts guy wanted to make sure they were the right ones and he went out and installed them for me and even gave me helpful tips! From the time I walked in to when I left it was 10 mins max. I'm so grateful for his help and quick service. Definitely coming here for all future services!!
Since yesterday I have been trying to reach the service department and nobody is answering. I contacted the sales department to speak to an actual real person and I got transferred within the middle of me speaking twice within the sales department. Hyundai is supposed to be customer service oriented and I dont see how that is customer service oriented. Im still waiting to hear from a manager.
