I try to buy American even though items often cost more when made in the USA. I've bought frequently from All American Clothing and generally have been satisfied with the quality. But recently I had a problem with an item that was delivered to a wrong address, so I never received it. Well, this was my first experience with their customer service division. What an incompetent mess they are. After 5 combined phone calls + emails, after they told me they would send a replacement but reneged, Angie (the supposed head of customer service) told me to go to the post office and track down the item. Huh? I try not to use Amazon but I have to give them credit for excellent customer service. Lost items are resent. It takes 5 minutes of your time to resolve a problem with Amazon. With All American Clothing? Forget it. I just gave up and took the $55 loss. What a waste they are. I'll never buy from them again. There are other ways to buy USA-made rather than dealing with people who treat their customers badly.
Ordered carpenter jeans before and was happy. Last order, pockets on the left leg a few inches lower than the right leg. Jeans are still good but left leg pocket too low on leg.
