Hi we think you may have the wrong garage as weve not done any work for a ishy Ali and also weve never had a customer vehicle for 8 months to give it back in parts unfinished we will be seeking legal advice regarding this review as defamation of a business especially as its a fake review.

This garage is the worst experience I have had . My car was with them for 8 months and despite paying over 900 in parts i got my car in parts unfinished . I would strongly advice anyone not to use them to avoid disappointment. Avoid !

As always the devil's in the detail and it's the little things that you notice and remember.... Having set off very early in the morning to get to Andy so he could have a look at the issues with the sun roof on my Touareg, I'd stopped on the M1 for a Costa coffee and had left the empty cup in my cupholder in the front of the car. It wasn't until I'd stopped at Costa on the way back down the M1 that I realised Andy must have removed the old cup and disposed of it whilst he was in the process of repairing the sun roof. Like I said, just indicative as to the level of care & attention to detail that he puts into ensuring the customer is always satified. As for the repair to the sunroof that opened but didn't shut and which had started to leak like a seive? Having read other customer's reviews, I had no doubt that he would be able to fix it and do so within the time & budget he'd given me over the phone and I wasn't disappointed as this is exactly what happened. Knows his stuff, skilled, genuine & honest and I thoroughly enjoyed spending 1/2 day with Andy & his wife , Katy, at their workshop facility.

Exemplary service from Andy. Certainly knows his profession and completed a non working sunroof on my Mercedes when Mercedes-Benz specialists in Lincoln failed. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone at anytime

After struggling to find a local Mini Specialist to change out a rattling timing chain I decided to give The Vehicle and Sunroof repair specialist a call. After a friendly chat with Andy I agreed to take advantage of the Timing Chain offer and got the car booked in. Andy arrived on time and collected the car from my place of work giving me the flexibility of staying local with the current restrictions. Unfortunately for me after a closer assessment, my car was struggling with a blown head gasket. Andy not only went over and above to get the parts in time but also worked late to help me get back on the road asap. I would strongly recommend Andy and will definitely be using his garage for any future work. Five Star!
