DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKED AND SOLD US A DANGEROUS UNSAFE VEHICLE. We purchased a pre-owned 2014 C300 at 44,000 miles. They gave us the royal treatment, and made us feel like we were making a worthwhile purchase. They performed a "144 point inspection" on the car prior to selling, YET the engine seized up on the car WHILE IN MOTION and all electrical mechanisms were out of sync at 9,000 miles after purchase. The warrantee was only good for 60 days, and because this was not a collision, it is not covered by insurance. The cost of repair is now more than what the car is worth, and the car is totaled. We are still responsible for the remaining balance on the loan, even though the car is now USELESS. We called Keeler they said, "sorry". HOW COULD THEY NOT HAVE KNOWN THAT THIS WAS AN UNSAFE VEHICLE? THEY PUT OUR LIVES AT RISK BY SELLING US THIS CAR.

I have only the BEST things to say about Lynn, Dion, and John. The most helpful and responsive team. Theyre very direct and honest. They made the trade-in super easy, taking care of insurance and plate transfers. This is my second lease with them and will only come here even though its 3 hours from me.

The most un-Mercedes experience. Had to return my car 3 times just get a regular 10,000 miles service. They didnt do all-wheels alignment despite I ordered it, didnt adjust my tire pressure, didnt clean the car, and didnt have the technology to update my software. The managers apologies did not help with the very rude receptionist. Will never use this dealership ever again.
