These people are SO benighted about the value of people and things that I DEFINITELY would NOT want to live or die there! Geesh! I won't take up my time or expend my energies to say anything more than this about these buffoons except that that's what I've had to say in most of the reviews I've given on Google business although I've been able to give a couple of really superlative reviews here, as well! Geesh and geesh again!

This workshop was deeply moving for me, though I have been at a loss for words to explain why. The calmness and thoughtfulness that developed in the whole group from the beginning on Saturday morning to the end on Sunday was palpable. The facilitators guided us through exercises to understand and build compassion, uncover the layers of loss, and understand the meaning and feelings of loss for each of us. I appreciate the careful structure, which combined individual work, group work and work with a partner (we separated into duos, changing partners with each exercise, with each person having 5 minutes to talk; so everyone was "heard".) The exercises were sometimes profoundly emotional and other times more pragmatic. The two days of work took us all to a profound place in our hearts.

I attended a Grief and the Holidays workshop in November of 2019 that was extremely beneficial in helping me process and make space for my grief before the fall and winter holidays. The facilitation, written and verbal exercises, and meditations during this day long workshop were top notch, I definitely would attend future workshops and trainings at the Zen Caregiving Project.
