I am deeply sorry that Dustin feels this way, we have tried everything we can to reverse his experience but he is unwilling to even discuss it. The statements made in this review are not reflective of our companies actions or efforts. The idea that we lacked communication is not accurate, the last we tried to communicate with Dustin was on an 8:30am call on Friday that he missed, rescheduled for later that morning, and missed again without notice...I have not directly spoken to him since he refuses to join me on a call to discuss his concerns, as I have requested. I did not take a passive approach to his concerns one bit, the moment he suggested his concern I suggested alternative options that provided him a less expensive option, which he declined by not even responding to my suggestions. Dustin stating that agreements were severed without notification is impossible since he ended the relationship. I tried to offer alternative options, even to personally complete his project without any payment...I can not even offer a refund to Dustin considering we never made him pay during these initial efforts. My hands are tied. I have asked for a personal call with Dustin to try to do anything possible to resolve his experience. He has refused. I am so sorry that Dustin feels this way, it is never our intention or desire to make any client or person to ever feel this way. I would be willing to do anything possible to turn this around, I wish Dustin was as willing.

Divine digital breeched contractural agreements foundational to initial business relations and was unwilling to rectify and continue on original terms. Their recourse however was to impose new terms which unfortunately I would have never agreed to in the beginning. I believe they said what I wanted hear but ultimately had no intention of following through when it mattered. Much of my invested time and efforts with them were wasted on false expectations. There were also a number of other agreements broken and decisions made without prior approval, all of which I questioned without much explanation in return. Jared took a passive approach in dealing with my concerns by offering empty apologies and a different agenda I just wasnt willing to agree to. Trust was broken quickly and my faith in their work process eroded within a month. What a waste. Update* After leaving the review, Divine Digital repeatedly begged me to remove it. I denied the request because my experience was honest and felt it should be shared. Jared did apologize for his mistakes behind the scenes but apparently wasnt willing to make them public. I find his current defensiveness, justified apologies and additional schmoozing as a manipulative way to get what he wanted without taking much accountability. My trust had already been eroded and I didnt feel the need to negotiate further. He means well but in my opinion they need to work a bit more at developing better boundaries, following through with foundational agreements and taking more responsibility for decisions even when things dont work out in their favor. I wish them the best.
