Hello Please can you make yourself known to me, and I will contact you privately instead of using social media platforms. Its very disappointing to read bad reviews especially as I do not know who you are. We are currently undergoing refurbishment however that does not mean my rooms are filthy. We have strict hygiene rules in all our rooms. We are a very busy salon with amazing regular clients, whom always recommend new clients to us.

Had Botox here. My eyelids have dropped really badly. I went back for checkup and was told it was because I had lay down after treatment. Was given a top up but made no differenceI have had to go elsewhere for a brow lift to lift the eyebrows up. Was told she had put Botox in wrong place. Room was filthy, bin was filled with wax strips and place wasn't busy. Should have gone with my instincts. Would avoid . I gave her the chance to fix my eyebrows but she said effect would run out after few months. Not good enough. Can not recommend

Called them before the waxing and asked for prices, also checked online. They said the brazilian bikini is 15. Later I found out, that if you are asking for hot waxing, is 22 but they did not inform you beforehand and there is no information about that online. Anyway, I had it, payed all together 30 and at home I checked myself front of the mirror and saw that she did not make a perfect job as there were still lots of hair downstairs. I called them back and talked with the manager. Told to her I was not happy with the price (as they did not tell me before) and also with the quality. The treatment room was very old and dirty to, I should know this is not the best place. The manager was arguing with me on the phone, however she offered to finish it off as I understood two days later at 5pm. Today I called them to confirm it and they said the appointment was for yesterday 12pm. I said it is impossible but could they do it for me today? They said they are fully booked, however it is not more then 3-5 minutes job...The manager did not even talk with me on the phone, just one of the employee. Obviously she has no idea how to deal with customers and I am very dissapointed and angry. The whole time I got the feeling, she cares only about money, but does not want to provide a great service for it. Anyone who would like to have a quality treatment in a nice, clean environment, avoid this place!

I've been going here since I moved into the local area, the staff are so lovely, very accommodating and I'm always so happy with the treatments I get. Would highly recommend!

I got my lashes done there just under a week ago (6days) and at first they looked amazing. They started falling out in clumps the day after and continued to do so everyday until there was none left on day 6. I followed the instructions I waa given, no wetting, sweating etc. In addition to the above there was clumps of glue on some of the lashes which you could see and feel. I would also say the service wasn't that great to be honest, standard and nothing to shout home about. I didn't feel engaged with what I was asking for at all. Very disappointed.
