Worst customer service Ive experienced. The woman thats answered the phone Im not sure if shes an employee or the owner . But the most rude person Ive come into contact with . All I asked was when my shirts would be ready and I basically got told dont bother us we will call you when there ready. I asked her in a text about a week ago about how long and how much for the shirts and I got no response . So I called and inquired as to how long and she treated me like dirt my daughter was sitting there and her the conversation and her mouth dropped. . She couldnt believe it . She said I was very polite and didnt know why she treated me that way . I did tell her that she could cancel the order of t- shirts and I will take my business elsewhere . I personally will not do business with them in the future . And will not tell anybody about that place its to bad for business to treat customers like that . If I could give - 0 stars I would ......

I am sorry that you feel this way. It seems there was some confusion as to how the account was originally set up. When the original order was made last year, it was set up under a different individuals name who ordered them and not the actual name of the company. Since no one could remember the name of the individual, it was difficult to instantly locate the last order and artwork. The person at the front went to try to research this and find the artwork and the previous order and when they came back you had left. We have built our business by striving to take care of all of our customers, large and small.

Stopped in to see about getting some more company shirts made an me an my wife were shocked on how we were treated the lady at the front desk was very short with us like we were lying about our logo an daid it didn't ring a bell really asked one other guy an walked to the an came out said they don't have it an that was the end of our conversation didn't ask if we wanted to make an order or anything an acted like we weren't even there chatting with her coworker so we left an went to vintage in port orange were there 2 seconds an someone was helping us right away i guess the small business man doesn't matter to Mid Florida sports we will never go back an will advise everyone not to go there !!!!
