We did finally connect through email and corrected the size issue that was holding your order up in production. We refunded the rush fee and placed the order into production on 8/2 with a courtesy rush after the email correspondence. The order shipped 4 business days later on 8/7.

I ordered a product and all communication was via email. When my product didnt come I called they said we have called you. I said i didnt get a call but why didnt u email me. They refunded my rush fee. Weeks later I lost a client and had to pay another company to get the job done. I told them i needed a refund but guess what came in the mail ....my order. This was just terrible .

Beware of this company's extreme return policy. I placed an order on hold and they refused to refund my money upon cancellation. There was no expense on their part as there was no work actually done--not even a proof was executed--they just took my money and refused to refund. I'll look for other more customer-centric vendors in the future for form printing needs.

Worst place to do prints, don't even waste your time here, even if you pay extra they won't do a professional job. Order #236243 Needed to be full bleed, full color and it has a White stroke right in front of the main design.
